Join Pure Barre Cedar Rapids for a musically driven, total body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone muscles. Pure Barre is inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga; yet approachable for every fitness level and every body type. The full-body class sculpts muscles using body weight and isometric movements that are easy on your joints. The class is set to upbeat music to keep the energy high. Pure Barre is always taught by certified and highly trained teachers. While many of the movements are small the results are huge. Some benefits of Pure Barre include increased strength & endurance, improved mind-body connection, increased core strength, improved flexibility & balance, all with a welcoming & uplifting community.
