MARDI GRAS PARTY with VANDELLO

Join VANDELLO as they celebrate Mardi Gras with the crew at CEDAR RIDGE! We’ll be open late on Saturday, Feb. 26 so you can party at the best place to spend Mardi Gras, besides Bourbon Street of course. The staff will even welcome you with a special cocktail when you arrive to kick off your night right. Once you get to your table, don’t forget to order some food, and another drink.. or three! You can order from our regular menu OR enjoy Mardi Gras-themed food and drink specials created by our kitchen and bar crews. Vandello will kick off at 7:00 pm and play tunes all the way through 9:00. Don’t forget your costumes, and come thirsty for tunes and booze, there won’t be a shortage of either!
Want to know more about the band?? Vibrant. Unique. Magnetic. Vandello has been described in a lot of ways – mostly because they’re so darn hard to define. A little bit early jazz, a little bit modern swing, and a whole lot of fun, this cheeky group is influenced by artists like Squirrel Nut Zippers, Caro Emerald, and Postmodern Jukebox – but their fresh take on vintage sounds is completely their own. Their original tunes run the gamut from bouncy and boozy to “dark…but with a wink”. Folks often enthusiastically ask the band after their first Vandello experience, “What the heck do you CALL that?”
They call it Gypsy-Speakeasy. But if you’ve got a better idea, they’d love to hear it.
Tickets to this special night are $20.00 and include a drink upon arrival PLUS music by Vandello from 7:00-9:00 pm.

Featuring Dark Rum, passion fruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and grenadine
Featuring Rye Whiskey, Peychaud’s bitters, ango, and anise simple syrup

Cajun Mac and Cheese – $15
Spicy kielbasa, fire roasted corn, red pepper, jalapenos, and a New Orleans-Style Cheddar sauce.
Louisiana Peel and Eat Shrimp- $14
Served with creole aioli.
Red Beans and Rice- $15
Andouille sausage, red beans, seasoned rice, topped with sweet corn relish. Served with cornbread.
Mardi Gras Pizza – $16
Spicy chicken, hot Italian sausage, pineapple, green pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, and green onions.
