Cedar Ridge Estate Pairing Dinner

Join Winemaker, Kent Foulker, and Head Distiller, Murphy Quint, for an evening of craft wine and spirits paired with a carefully curated four course dinner at Cedar Ridge Winery and Distillery’s first ever Estate Dinner. Cedar Ridge’s staff will describe how wine and whiskey truly ‘speak’ to each other here in Swisher. Both Kent and Murphy will be present for the dinner to speak about Cedar Ridge and answer questions for those in attendance.
Cost is $65 + tax and 15% gratuity.
First: Winter Salad with Roasted Sweet Potato, Barley, Pomegranate Seeds, Pecans, Red Wine Vinaigrette.
