To our valued patrons and fans:
On July 16th we learned that one of our employees has tested positive for/contracted the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. We want to assure our staff and patrons that this is an isolated case. This employee has not been on-site for the last week, and had been self-isolating while awaiting their test results.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been in close consultation with our County Public Health officials and have strictly adhered to CDC guidelines and recommendations https://www.cdc.gov/…/…/if-you-are-sick/steps-when-sick.html. While local health officials have given us the green light to continue with service, the health and well-being of our staff and patrons is paramount. Out of an abundance of caution, we are closing our bar and restaurant effective immediately to clean and disinfect.
Our retail area will remain open from 10AM-6PM for carryout bottle purchases and sanitizer pickup. We plan to reopen our dining room next Wednesday, July 22nd under normal business hours (11AM-9PM).
In the meantime, we are asking all service staff to get tested before coming back to work, and will continue requiring our team to wear masks during service, and checking temperatures at the beginning of every shift. We also want to remind everyone of the changes we have made in response to COVID-19 to help keep everyone safe:
- We have updated our style of service from fast casual to table side
- All tables are spaced in accordance with social distancing guidelines
- No outside lawn chairs, picnic blankets, etc.
- We ask that guests wear masks when they arrive, and until they are seated
- Complimentary wine and spirits tastings are now being offered table side, rather than at the bar
We will continue to monitor the situation, and make any necessary changes or announcements needed. We thank you all for your continued support, and look forward to reopening next Wednesday, July 22nd. See you soon! Cheers!
