Territory Sales Manager (MN/WI/Dakotas)

Executive Chef

The Chef will be responsible for all kitchen duties related to event rentals, special events, and daily service. The Chef will be overseeing the day-to-day duties of the Sous Chef and hourly kitchen staff.

This position will be successfully fulfilling requirements when:

  • Effectively manage food timing and preparation
  • Effectively manage kitchen costs and sales in order to meet monthly goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction
  • Assist in developing food menus
  • Maintain accurate food inventories
  • Encourage employees to grow and learn new skills within the company

Front of House Manager

The Front of House (FOH) will be responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-house as well as the FOH staff. The Front of House Manager will lead by example to motivate and inspire staff to provide excellent guest attention and service. Will be detail-oriented, approachable, and have strong communication skills.

This position will be successfully fulfilling requirements when:

  • Demonstrates high knowledge of Cedar Ridge products and services in order to increase sales, promote the brand, and increase sales for products, events, and other services.
  • Hire, train and supervise FOH staff to the company standards.

Sous Chef

Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef and will be responsible for daily kitchen duties related to lunch and dinner service, Sunday brunch, as well as assisting with banquets/ events when needed. Responsible for opening and closing of restaurant operations. 35-40 hours per week. *Earn tips and gratuity on events in addition to base pay. Cook (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Full-time or part-time cook position would involve daily prepping and cooking of wood fired pizzas, charcuterie boards, other shareable dishes, and also assists in execution of private events as needed. 20-40 hours per week available. Position reports to Sous Chef and Executive Chef on daily operations and events. *Earn tips and gratuity on events in addition to base pay. Bussers support the Cedar Ridge Tasting Room team throughout service. A Busser takes used plates, cups, cutlery, and other utensils at restaurants to the kitchen for washing. They also wipe down tables, restock cutlery and paper towels and ensure that tables are ready for the next customer to use. Bussers also assist waitstaff by bringing out food and drink orders and refilling empty water glasses.
Bussers are important to the running of a restaurant because they keep the dining tables clean and presentable. They also pay close attention to diners and inform the waitstaff when anyone needs something or they attend to it themselves. This excellent service keeps diners coming back.
